((The bio of Yong Soo!))

His full name is Im Yong Soo, Im being his last name. Call him by his first name, Yong Soo. c:

As you’d expect, my Yong Soo is generally a ball of energy. He always has something to say. Although somewhat hyperactive, he can easily read the mood and act accordingly. He’s almost always happy and smiling and just an all around nice guy to be around. He tries to keep a stiff upper lip most of the time and will often bottle up his emotions, mostly because he loves being happy and wants others to see him in that state more often than not. Much of this outlook was built up over the years since the Korean War ended; Yong Soo wished to be nothing like his estranged twin and therefore strove to become opposite of him in many ways. He’s proud of the progress he’s made as his own country and is extremely nationalistic.

He’s very sociable, and loves meeting new people. He also likes to learn about other nations’ cultures, and in turn will give you a few lessons in his culture as well, if that’s what you want.

Video games, music, and extreme activities (e.g. rock climbing, skydiving, etc.) are what he loves to do.

Rarely does my Yong Soo actually grope people. It’s kind of awkward for me to RP that, so I won’t do it unless you specifically ask me to.

He’s an excellent cook, and loves to be a source of entertainment. He’ll cook for you, play video games with you, etc. He’s also an excellent dancer, though he prefers to do that kind of stuff in the privacy of his home. When he really wants to, he can sing pretty decently. When he gets excited, he’ll occasionally slip the phrase “da-ze” into the end of his sentences.

Now, English obviously isn’t his native language. Although he is very good at speaking it, there are still times where he will slip up on the pronunciation of a complex or unfamiliar word, or have trouble remembering what word he’s trying to use. He gets awfully embarrassed by this. Headcanon says that Alfred taught him English— I’d love to RP this sometime.

He loves his family members dearly, every single one of them. They’ve had their ups and downs, but all of the strife and struggle they’ve gone through have helped develop each of them in their own unique ways. These feelings also apply to his twin (North Korea). However, the subject of North is very touchy for Yong Soo. He usually avoids discussion about his twin if he can. Deep down, Yong Soo truly wishes that North would change his ways, and still believes that he can someday convince him to change. His relationship with Japan is also a bit strained. Japan’s occupation was a terrible time in his history, and he still hasn’t forgotten it. Yong Soo also knows Japanese fairly fluently because he was forced to speak it during this time.

I’ll do smut, angst, drama, crack, fluff, romance, action, tragedy, you name it. Just no extreme gore, and I’m very iffy about rape. Also, no god-modding. I will block god-mods.
